How long is Shipping? When will I receive a notification that my donation, which is part of the purchase (e.g., a flower being given away), has been completed?
All Products are shipped 3-7 Business Days after purchase is made. Regarding the donation process of the purchase, that will fall within the same time frame that your product is being shipped to you.
Can I change/cancel my order?
Due to our fast-paced shipping process, we cannot guarantee that changes/cancellations can be made to your order.
However, using our contact form, you can reach out to us as quickly as possible to cancel or change an order. This should be done after you confirm that your order has not been shipped.
How do I track my package?
Please check the email you provided at checkout to receive all updates regarding your shipment.
